Room in modern flat in Homerton

There’s a room going in my 2 bed flat from 14th December in Homerton. Rent is £825/month + bills. There's also an £825 deposit.

Flat and room are fully furnished minus the bed as my flatmate owns it but shes willing to discuss leaving it. The room has loads of storage as does the flat on the whole. There's a balcony at the front and back of the flat. Homerton station is a less than a 10 min walk away. Victoria Park is only a 5 min walk away. The pictures honestly don’t do this flat justice! I’ve been here for 5 months now and I love the flat and the surrounding area.

Little bit about myself:
I’m a 26 year old professional working in financial services in Canary Wharf. I tend to keep things pretty chill in the week because of work but on the weekends I’m usually out and about having a drink, watching sports, going to clubs etc. I also love a lazy Sunday binge watching trash tv, films and eating takeaways. I’m a very laid back and social person so looking for a flat mate on the same wavelength. I understand everyone needs their own space (myself included) but it would be nice to live someone who I can grab a drink with or share some dinner with every now and then. The flat isn’t a party flat by any means but on the weekends I like to have people over for drinks and stuff so you’d be welcome to do the same.
