The property is a townhouse located in Homerton, Hackney, 10 minutes away walking from Hackney Central and well connected to the center by the overground (Homerton station 4 minutes away) and by the 30/26/N26/55/N55 busses.
There’s a Tesco 3 minutes away and a Lidl 10 minutes away by walk. The area is full of quaint cafes and pubs and just around the corner there’re various off licences, dry cleaners, charities, gyms and greengroceries shops etc.

The room is a spacious furnished double room on the second floor of the house, big enough for a couple or a student in need to have a desk in his room.
There’re communal spaces, a living room with a separated kitchen, a bathroom and a garden nice to hold gathering during the summer.

We are three, two females and one male between 20 and 36 years old and we also have a female cat named Lola. We are looking for someone to befriend with (including couples) since we all are close friends and we’d prefer a male to balance the ratio, but feel totally free to contact us anyway.
