You will be living with me, Sam and Molly (all in our 20s). We maintain a very easy-going environment. Also very clean and tidy.

Location is excellent - 15 minute walk to Homerton and Hackney Wick overground stations. Super close to Chatsworth Rd and Homerton High Stret with lots of nice bars, restaurants and cafes. It is also well served by Buses (and night buses) the 26, 388, 242, 236, 276, W15, 308, etc.

The property is within an old estate block with wooden floors, there are four bedrooms and a fully furnished living room (pics below), kitchen with all the amenities (including washing machine and dryer), a bathroom with bath and shower and a separate toilet.

The room has two large windows so it gets plenty of light. It is currently partly furnished (there is a bed, a bedside table, standing cupboard and a chest of drawers) but can be further furnished by our landlord.
