Cosy Double Room - Homerton - Mid January

Hi there, I’ll be leaving London mid January - it is a double room in a 4 bedroom flat in homerton. There is a kitchen, bathroom , toilet and living room + balcony.

The flat is 5 min walk from homerton station and 10 min walk from hackney central, we are on well street which has pubs, nice cafe and corner shop + Tesco at the end of the road. It’s a really nice area really close to Victoria park as well!

We’re looking preferably for a woman to keep the good balance (2 guys one girl at the moment). We are also look for someone who could stay till next November/ December

Rent is 550pm + bills (£30 council tax and internet + gas and electricity around £10 to £40 depending on months and season)

So can be between £580 and £620 in total depending the months

The deposit is £380

The room is cosy and basically every fourniture that you see in the pic stays
- bed frame, mattress, closet, lamp, curtains and little desk.

You can smoke outside or on the balcony but not in the house

We’re looking for someone pretty chill, as it’s the vibe of the flat and everyone living here. Open minded, responsible clean and tidy. (If you’re a bit maniac on cleaning/tidying it is not a place for you tho)

We usually spend time together around dinner or during the weekend if we happen to be all in the living room. We can also happen to have drink or food outside if we manage to be free all together as well ;)

About the flat mates you’ll be living with:
Jamie from UK is a teacher, Lorenzo from Italy is a musician and also work in pub in the evenings and Youjin from Korea work in marketing.
