Double room in house share near Victoria Park

The room is available immediately.
It’s a small double (2.5m by 3m) & freshly painted.

The room has a double bed frame, small chest of drawers and a big lamp. It overlooks the garden, full of natural light and is at the back of the house, so no neighbouring rooms.
The room next door is the bathroom, so it’s a quiet and private room.

The house is a mix of professions (dancer, hospitality, music producer, photography)

The atmosphere is laid back, we all get along. Interests in sports, health, yoga, gaming, music, food and drinks.

We would like someone who is friendly and up for hanging out occasionally, but all pretty independent and busy.

The garden is a plus, for bbqs, bike storage, washing line and enjoying the sunshine.
We have tried to be green fingered... It's a project!

There isn't a front room, but the kitchen is the heart of the house with a sofa and table.

Bills are not included, but would include council tax, water, Internet and electric for £55 in summer and £70 in the winter. They are subject to change annually depending on the supplier.

We are within walking distance of Homerton (8 mins) Hackney wick (15 mins) Victoria Park (10 mins) and Hackney marshes and the canals (10 mins)

The kitchen has communal pots, pans, cutlery, two fridges and microwave.

We all have different schedules, so there isn’t a queue for the bathroom or kitchen.
