Usually I travel a lot with work and socially therefore there is lots of opportunity to have some space in the flat to yourself.
The flat is on the ground floor with a spacious front and back garden. It has a spacious lounge with a separate kitchen and bathroom thats fit with a rain shower head and a roll top bath.
The property is close to the canal which has lots of cool new shops and restaurants nearby, the hackney marsh is also on the doorstep with Chatsworth road and Victoria park a short walk away. The closest nice local pub is the Spread eagle on Homerton road and there are a few spots on Chats for nice coffees and cocktails too.
I'm looking for a nice chilled flatmate who is like me busy with work and has an active social life but is happy to grab a drink or watch a movie and have a good laugh together now and again.
