I am looking for someone to rent out my beautiful one-bedroom Hackney apartment while I go travelling over Christmas.

Location: The apartment building is very well located, only 6 minutes walk from Homerton overground station, and is very close to many hip bars, cafes and restaurants and also close to lovely leafy Victoria Park.

Apartment: you will have access to the whole apartment, including a sunny double private bedroom furnished with a comfy new double bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room comes with a comfortable muji sofa, which can be converted into a sofa bed for guests, and a large tv with chromecast. The bathroom is spacious, with a large walk in showerroom.

I am looking for a professional person or couple to rent the flat. The price includes all (reasonable use) bills per week (£600). References and a deposit required.

The flat is available from 22nd December - 2nd January (and can be extended by a week ).
