Extra Large Double Room in The Heart Of Hackney!

The room is 850 (+ 100 for bills - includes cleaner and house groceries)

THE HOUSE

Located just off Well Street, filled with independent shops and award winning pubs, a few minutes walk to Victoria Park, Hackney Central, Homerton and Clapton. Nearest Overground is Homerton station (10 min walk), Hackney Central (12 minute walk) and Bethnal Green tube station down the road (5 min cycle). The house has wooden floors, a large sunny decked garden filled with plant life and a home made bar. We eat meals together and have people over for evening showings on the projector. The house itself has 1 big bathroom with an actual bath, and a smaller bathroom/shower upstairs, a big living room with a great vinyl selection, a walk in larder and a beautiful kitchen that feels like a french cottage.

THE ROOM
Extra large double bedroom with a big window facing the garden with lots of natural light and wooden floors throughout. The room really is beautiful.

THE PEOPLE
Guy (Filmmaker) and Marcus (Musician and Artist) and Nicole (Social Media extraordinaire) are all creative professionals in their 20’s/early thirties and enjoy living in a community minded house. We like cooking meals together, building things in the garden, or visiting Marcus' studio to make ceramics or get creative. The occasional photoshoot or music session happens in the lounge or around the house within working hours. Everyone is considerate of each other's space - and we like to chill in our rooms as much as hanging together.

YOU
We are looking for someone who likes to hang and have a chat, and pitches in to help keep things ticking over. We are all pretty chilled but enjoy going for a beer near by - or having a pizza/Turkish together from the local area. We have a party here and there, or have friends over for dinner and drinks in the garden and are easy if you want people over etc.
