Hi everyone! I'm Seb, current tenant of this cosy, comfortable, and well looked after pet friendly flat just 2 mins from Homerton Overground station.

I'm now relocating to Taunton, Somerset to be closer to my partner who lives there, so will be looking for a reliable and trustworthy tenant to take over this apartment when I move out.

It's located in a converted Victorian house and is fully furnished. It's a whole 1 bed flat so not sharing with anyone else. I rent direct from the owners who are a lovely couple who are always around if I need anything. The apartment is pet friendly and there are plenty of green spaces nearby for dog walking etc if you need it.

The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and there are lots of food and shopping options located within a stone's throw at Homerton High Street.

Rent is £252 per week which includes electric, water, and internet bills. Deposit is 5 weeks rent, and there are no agency fees as this is a direct rental from the landlord.
