Rent is £1050 per month for single people and covers all bills. For couples the rent increases to £1,200 per month.
Our warehouse has 4.5 m (15') high ceilings and lots of natural light. Your studio connects directly onto a huge open space which serves as our kitchen, dining and living-room. There are two separate shower-rooms on the floor below. Our washing machine and heat pump drier are in one of the bathrooms and bikes are stored in the other.
We're aged between 24 and 36, our jobs include Doctor, Accountant, Artist and Musician. We occasionally share dinner on the weekend and spend time chatting, listen to music or watching a movie together on our 130” projector screen.
