I'm moving out of this lovely flat right by Homerton station - rent is an absolute steal at 544 / month, with around ~25 on top for electricity and internet. We deal directly with the landlord, so no agencies involved, yay.

We're looking for a friendly clean professional (you'd need to pass credit checks) who can move in as soon as possible.

We’ve got a washing machine AND a dishwasher, a sleek modern bathroom and renovated kitchen with a couch and table. The flat is warm and cosy in winter and the room gets plenty of daylight and faces a quiet road.

You’d be living with two lovely girls, one is a designer and the other works in fashion. We tend to keep a clean flat and are friendly while respecting each others’ privacy.

We’re right by Chatsworth road, which is full of shops, cafes, and amazing food. The smaller grocers are a minute away, and there's two large Tescos (10min walk) and a Lidl (20 min walk).

The surrounding area is full of green spaces - from Victoria Park, to London Fields, to the amazing Hackney Marshes if you’re in for some wilder bits of nature.
