Room for weekdays or 2/3 nights pw only

Hi there, I am a 34 female professional and have a spare room for rent for weekdays only, or even just a few nights a week. It's a three bedroom, ground floor flat in Homerton, at the bottom of Chatsworth road and close to great shops and amenities. It's brilliantly located 5 minutes from Homerton station and a short walk to hackney marshes, the Lee Valley nature reserves, and Victoria park - so many green spaces nearby. Vibrant areas such as Hackney Wick, Victoria park and London Fields are all within easy walking distance too. The flat has recently been refurbished with micro-cement floors, brand new kitchen and bathroom. New appliances: dishwasher, integrated Miele washing machine, integrated fridge freezer, oven and gas hob. The room comes furnished with king size bed and wardrobe. Negotiable to furnish further if needed. There is a large window, venetian blind and the dimensions of the room are 323cm x 300 cm.

My sister will be renting the other bedroom but for only a few nights a week, as she and her partner own a restaurant here but live outside of London. One of them will be here a few nights during the week.

I keep myself to myself and am very respectful of people's privacy. That being said I'm friendly and love to cook / meet friends in the local pubs. I am a freelance strategy and trend consultant. I'm half Hong Kong chinese half white British, and love design, music, the outdoors, running, yoga and meditation. I may be working in a small office nook in the flat some days during the week.

Would suit a professional working in London office a few days a week and wanting a calm, airy refuge. Price negotiable depending on number of nights per week and circumstances.
