Hi!
We are 2 students and workers living in a four-bedroom apartment in Homerton, Hackney, and we are looking for another person that can join us from 23rd August. The rent is £580 inclusive of water and internet. When signing the contract, the landlord requires paying the first month of rent + 2 months up front + 5 weeks’ rent deposit (because we are international students and it is a joint contract).
The property is super spacious, it has 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, a small living room with a sofa and a separate bathroom and toilet.
We love living in London and we’re looking for cool like-minded people – preferably girls -, with whom to call this place home. We’d like to find someone who will also be our friend, and not just a flatmate, with whom we can hang out, have fun and explore the city together!
If you're interested, please get in contact as we're looking to fill the room very soon.
DM me if you’d like to schedule a viewing or have more information :)
