Room in large 3 bed flat on Chatsworth Road

Hey folks 👋

Sadly, our current flatmate Jack is moving out at the start of September so we’re looking for an easy-going new flatmate to join us in our 3-bed flat in Lower Clapton/Homerton.

The dates
He’s planning to move around the middle of September but we’re pretty flexible on dates, we’re sure we’ll be able to make something work if the dates don’t quite line up.

The flat
It’s a really light and spacious 3 bedroom flat on the top floor (penthouse) with a huge kitchen and living area. There’s one bathroom (with shower and bath) but one of the rooms is en-suite so you’ll only be sharing with one other person. There’s also access to an unofficial roof terrace which gets some lovely morning sun and has amazing views over Hackney. There’s bike storage in the courtyard as well!

The area
The flat is located just off Chatsworth road in Lower Clapton/Homerton. It’s a really nice residential area and there’s loads of really nice organic shops literally a minute's walk away. Big Tesco in Hackney central is only 15 minutes away and you can be at Homerton overground station in less than 10 minutes.

The dollars
Rent comes to £700pcm with bills on top. These are usually pretty affordable and average out about £100 per month (Council tax, gas, electric, water and internet)

The people
We’re looking for someone easy-going, social, and clean. You'll end up living with me, Alex, and my friend Holly (although I will be away travelling for the rest of the year). The en-suite room is also available for 5 months (October to February) while I’m away!
