Spacious Double Room in Converted Church, Hackney

Hello! We have a double room available in a converted church in Homerton, Hackney.

The rent is £740 a month, that's including all bills.

The room is about 5m x 3m with high ceilings and two large windows. We have a spare double bed, a clothes rail and shelves you could use, it's otherwise unfurnished.

You'll be living with me (TV cameraman) and Tom (virtual reality programmer). We're friendly, tidy and often busy. We both like/make music, so don't expect a monastery, but we're considerate of the neighbours and each other, so it's far from a rave. You'll also be living with two cats, Audrey and Leon.

Your room's on the same floor as Tom's so you'll probably share a bathroom, but there are others.

We have a large shared living room with a TV and Sky. We also share a kitchen, with a spare fridge if you need it.

The church is near a parade of shops where you can find pretty much anything, a few pubs, several bus stops and about 5 minutes walk from Homerton station. There's a bike lock-up at the back, or you could leave one in the hallway.
