We are a bunch of friends that are Irish, French, English and New Zealanders living in a 4 story, 5 bedroom flat (2 bathrooms). The flat itself is a little rough around the edges but we all respect each others space and are tidy and clean! We have a shared living room and an outdoor back yard (cement sadly but wit a table and bbq!).

The room will be rented unfurnished except for a bed base suitable for a double bed. The room has an inbuilt shelf next to the window and a hanger for clothing.

The flat is a lovely property just is in need of some TLC but at least the rent is on the lower side for the area. We are just off Well st. and Mare St and have lots of cafes and restaurants in walking distance. We are 1 minute walk from Tesco and 5 mins walk from Victoria Park and 7 mins walk from London Fields. We are 7 minutes walk from Homerton station and the 26 night bus is on the end of our road. (Also the 388 and 425.)

We are looking for someone who will be here longer term and to sign the lease which is being renewed in March.
We all also have quite a bit of friends/family travelling through London who stay every so often so we are all always up for meeting new people ect!

The move-in date is currently 09 Jan but open to negotiation. We are interested in showing the place from the beginning of Jan 9post silly season) so if you are interested please PM and we can begin booking times.
