We have a lovely double room available in our wonderful flat in Homerton. Perfectly located for all the great things that Hackney has to offer. Chatsworth road is less than 5 minutes walk away where you will find plenty of great bars, restaurants, coffee shops. Victoria park is ten minutes walk away and hackney wick is also just around the corner. Clapton is also just a ten minute walk where there are even more pubs and interesting restaurants, you will be spoilt for choice!
Great transport links to central London (1 minute walk to Homerton overground station).
Being on the 6th floor, the flat has amazing views of Hackney, featuring the Olympic park and also Canary Wharf.
The rent is £950 pcm, all bills included. We also have a cleaner who comes once every fortnight (also included)
This is not a party house and we are looking for someone who will respect the flat and the other flatmate. You would be sharing with one great girl in her 30s; a vet who is super happy and friendly.
The room comes furnished, as is the rest of the flat, as is available mid July.
This really is brilliant place to live and I have been very happy here. The flat is beautiful and the area has lots to offer.
