Double Room in Gorgeous, Spacious & Friendly Flat

NOTE: MOVE IN DATE IS NEGOTIABLE
I'm Jade (a primary teacher) and am leaving my current room in this lovely flat due to a change of personal circumstances.

A few things about the room and flat:

1) LOGISTICS:
a) With bills, you'll be paying about £700 a month.
b) I'm going to be doing virtual 'zoom viewings' at first (to minimise covid risk) and will be conducting those on: Monday 8th, Tuesday 9th and Wednesday 10th June evenings. After that, if you're still interested there'll be a flat zoom with the two flatmates you'll be living with.
c) The deposit is £750.00 and rent is due to be paid on the 1st of every month.
d) I've actually moved out already so if you needed to move in a week earlier that could be arranged. Similarly, we could push the move in date back too (to August 1st).

2) THE BEDROOM:
The room is a double at the back of the flat so it's a bit out of the way which is nice. It's a snug room but has AMPLE storage... two large fitted cupboards and a huge wardrobe that is the size of one of the walls. The room also fit my own clothes hanger in and a small desk.

3) THE FLAT:
The landlords of the flat are architects and have designed the space. The living room and kitchen are incredibly spacious and all the floors, fixtures and fittings around the flat are done to a high spec. There is a living room, kitchen/dining space, double bedroom, bathroom and quaint communal garden full of blooming roses at the moment. The flat is also on the doorstep of the Horniman Museum which has a gorgeous garden too.

4) THE FLATMATES:
The flatmates (one female, one male) are very laid-back, talkative and friendly. It's quite a sensible, calm flat to be in also. We usually cook, sit and have dinner, as well as sometimes watch a bit of Netflix together too. Although, we also have personal time in our rooms too. The flatmates are absolute stars that I have come to regard as friends and would make ideal flatmates for just about anyone.
