Single room in a beautiful leafy area

So I will be sadly leaving my home and moving on from this lovely friendly household. Need somebody to take over my tenancy from end of January to april. An opportunity to extend the contract after that.

The house has three floors with a large open plan living room and a beautiful kitchen area on the ground floor. Your soon to be room is a nice and airy furnished single with plenty of light and and a nice window view. The room has a single bed, draws., three shelves and a wardrobe with draws below. The house has two bathrooms and one of them is on the top floor next door to the bedroom available. You will be only sharing the bathroom with another housemate on the same floor. It includes a bath as well as a shower.

The housemates are very friendly and social. We are all independent but we do have the odd social chat in the kitchen now and again.

The location is lovely and has a beautiful park around the corner were you can view london bridge.
