Hi, I am a live-in landlord looking for a male or female pescatarian, vegetarian or vegan flatmate of any age. I have had lodgers for many years now and am happy to share my space.

Your room is a wonderfully spacious, light and warm bed- sitting room over twenty feet long. There is a double bed, built-in wardrobe with ample storage, chest of drawers, comfy sofa and work table and chair. (I am happy to provide bed linen if required). All bills are included in the rent so there is nothing else to pay – not even council tax. If you have a car, on-street parking is free and spaces are always available. The flat has two bedrooms and there is not a shared living room. The bathroom has shower and bath.

The flat is situated in Honor Oak Park on the top floor of a charming Victorian semi-detached house with a lovely private garden – so important these days! Honor Oak Station is less than a 5 minute walk away, together with all the amenities of the High Street – cafes, restaurants, Sainsbury’s Local and lots of lovely shops.

Transport links are excellent, including London Overground and South Eastern train services, together with local buses. There is also a useful Thames Link service from Crofton Park – only a short walk away.

I have lived in Honor Oak Park for over ten years and really value the safe community feel of the area and the fabulous open green spaces.
