Bright double room available in Honor Oak

Double room available on the second floor of a bright flat on a quiet/relaxed street in Honor oak park. Honor Oak Park station is around 6 mins walk (london overground and national rail).

We are on a corner and on the first and second floor which means we have lots of windows and natural light. Unfortunately we don't have a garden but there are two parks within 5-10 mins walk. We stated there is parking but to be clear its street parking, there is quite a lot of space but no driveway or car park. The area is fairly chilled but there is a good choice of pubs including one across the road. Also nice restaurants and cafes nearby.

Female 33, Professional make-up artist.
Male 32, Sports coach.
Female 25, Film student.
2 of us are Enlish, 1 Romanian. One of us smokes but does it outside.

We're pretty friendly and low key. We all do our own thing but happy to chat and hang out as well. Looking for someone who will be respectful of the shared space and doesn't mind following our cleaning rota. Gt in touch if you have any questions :)
