En-suite double bedroom in flatshare w/ big garden

Hi everyone,

There’ll be an en-suite room available at my place from the second week of December. Flexible move-in date.

The flat is in a refurbished building on Honor Oak Road. Walking distance to Honor Oak Park and Forest Hill overground stations. The P4 bus runs between Brixton and Lewisham and it stops right outside the building.

The living room is very spacious and has an open plan kitchen decorated in a modern and clean fashion and equipped with all the appliances – a built-in dishwashing machine, fridge and freezer, microwave and an induction cooker. There’s also a separate service cupboard with a washing and drying machine.

The common area opens up to a massive garden at the back of the building where we can lay on the deck chairs and enjoy the sun - if the sun is out!
You’ll be sharing the flat with two other lovely boys - one of them works in theatre and the other one is a languages teacher, both in their 30’s.

The monthly rent is £750 plus bills which come up to about £85 in total. The deposit is around the same figure as the monthly rent.

I’m only moving due to a change in personal circumstances. This is by far one of the best flats I ever lived in while in London.
