I'm looking for someone (female only) to share my lovely flat with me in SE23. The flat is sun filled and peaceful, situated in a very green and leafy part of South East London. The flat is on the fourth floor with no lift but it does mean a great workout!
The flat has a spacious shared living room and kitchen. The double bedroom is furnished (desk can be included or not), bright and has an amazing view of London.
The flat is walking distance (10/15mins) to Honor Oak Park station, Crofton Park station, or a short bus journey/25 min walk to Peckham Rye.
A bit about me: I'm a 25 year old teaching assistant who enjoys relaxed evenings in cooking dinner and watching a movie or going for a drink at one of the laid back local pubs. I'm pretty sociable and lead a busy life but also love having time by myself to read and relax so would like to find someone with that same mindset! I value my flat being a happy, calm and welcoming environment. I'm a pescatarian but am relaxed about those with different diets. This is an LGBTQ+ friendly flat and I do not tolerate racism or any form of discrimination. I'm very clean and tidy and expect the person sharing my home to be the same way.
The move in date is flexible but around mid January (20th/21st). The price includes all bills and speedy WiFi.
