Spacious double room in Honor Oak/Forest Hill

Hey! Come join us in our peaceful house in Honor Oak/Forest Hill (10 easy minutes to both!). I am looking for a house mate when my partner Kyna goes off on travels for a few months.
We have a listing for the room full time but would also be open to Mon-Fri if that suits you better. To be clear: rent is £850 for 7 days and £600 for Mon-Fri.
We are looking for someone from early March until mid/end of June ideally.
From mid March we would both be away for a month so you’d get the whole house to yourself. For the following couple of months I will be there on my own. In exchange for getting the whole house , when we are away we would ask you to feed our cat so please don’t respond to this ad if you’re not OK with that!
Our house is a calm and cosy space that we have renovated - we love it. We have an open plan kitchen living room (with a mezzanine) and then bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. The spare room is spacious and comfortable with a good desk setup for home working and plenty space for clothes etc. There is a shared bathroom with a nice bath and shower, and an extra loo downstairs. We also have a gym in the garage (squat rack etc) that you’re welcome to use when it’s free. In terms of outdoor space there is a balcony off the living room (which is lovely for a coffee in the morning sun!) and a garden out front that gets the sun all afternoon.
We put effort into making our space comfortable and clean and we’d love to host someone who is a conscientious house mate and willing to keep communal areas tidy. We would also prefer someone who works 9-5ish schedule so the evenings are chilled. I will be working from home some of the week in the separate study (I’m an offshore wind engineer) and you’re welcome to do the same. Importantly, as above, we have a cute friendly cat called Carlos so anyone living here must be willing to hang with him! He’s a character and very sociable.
In general I am looking for someone open and friendly but also self sufficient and chilled.
