I'm offering a double bedroom in a 2 bed flat, where you'll have the place to yourself most of the time. I'm based mainly in Somerset and will be back every other week for 4 nights and will only occasionally be there at the weekend.

The large bedroom is 12' by 11', with charming period features, king size bed, a large wardrobe and a little wall-mounted external mini greenhouse for those with green fingers!

The huge lounge gets the morning sun and is great for relaxing after a hard day's work. The kitchen is small and compact but has everything you need.

I'm looking for someone who's very clean and tidy, friendly, responsible and has a good sense of humour. Someone who's looking for a place to relax and will treat the flat as their own.

I work as the manager of a small animal welfare charity, I'm well travelled and lived happily for many years in London before deciding to try out life in the country with my partner, which is why I'm just coming back to the flat for work.

Honor Oak Park is a great up and coming area with its own local vibe, tons of cafes and good restaurants and pubs. Blythe Hill fields and One Tree Hill are a short walk, both have great views over the city.

The Horniman museum and leisure centre are close by in Forest Hill. There are farmers markets in Brockley and the Horniman Gardens at weekends.

Honor Oak Park station is 8 minutes walk. Trains to Canada Water (12mins) / Shoreditch (20mins) and London Bridge (10 mins).
Crofton park station is 15 mins walk, with trains going through the City and on to St. Pancras.
