Bright double bedroom in Flat share in Hornsey

I am a freelance sound engineer, mostly working evenings in various London music venues and have a room to rent in my two-bedroom first floor apartment in New River Village in Hornsey. New River Village is a modern housing development with convenient transport links, close to all local amenities and with concierge and gym facilities on site.

Hornsey Overground Railway Station is a few minutes walk away (links to Old Street / Moorgate in 15 mins approx) and Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly Line) is about 15 mins walk or a 5 minute bus journey away. Bus routes are also very good.

The room is bright and airy and furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers etc. The prospective flatmate will, ideally, be a non-smoker and will share the use of the common areas of the apartment – living room, balcony, fully fitted kitchen and main bathroom.

All bills plus Sky TV, wi-fi, access to gym, and use of concierge, are included. The tenant be expected to agree ‘house rules’ and to comply with all the necessary leasehold requirements associated with the development all of which will be made clear on first viewing.

There is no adjacent parking within the development but, if required, a secure garaged car parking space in an adjacent block is available for an additional rental of £100 per calendar month.
