Double Room in new flat, gym and own bathroom

My flat mate is moving out around August /September time.
I'm looking for someone to take over her room in our beautiful flat in the heart of Hornsey.

5 minute walk from Hornsey station and 12 min walk to Turnipike lane. 5 minute walk to Alexandra Palace beautiful space.

The room comes fully furnished with your own bathroom, there is a gym onsite. 24/7 Concierge, property is fully furnished, plenty of room for storage, plus balcony.

Its a new build my flat mate and I are the first people who have lived here.

I'm very clean and want someone who will respect the flat and want to make it homely. I'm a young city professional, work very hard in the week but always up for a chat, watching films, box sets the usual, really chilled out just want someone respectful and easy to get along with :) I like a few gins and wines at the weekend, looking for someone fun can have a laugh and a few drinks but respectful.

Happy for a couple to move in as well.
Please note I rent through Foxtons so you will need to still complete reference check and pay a deposit with them. Rent is £850 plus bills if its a couple it will be £550 each plus bills.
The bills workout to about £310 roughly which is equally split. Happy to provide break down.

Bills are the usual Wifi, Electric, water, sky, heating, council tax and cleaner every 2 weeks
