I am looking for someone to share a modern, first floor, 2-double bedroom flat with me. The available room has its own bathroom, with bath and shower. The room is furnished with two wardrobes, a desk/dresser and bedside table.

There is a good sized living room with L shaped sofa, TV with surround sound system, Netflix, lots of films on CD, and fast wifi. Large patio doors lead onto a balcony overlooking a grassed area. The room adjoins the kitchen area with breakfast bar.

The flat is in the Hornsey/Crouch End area, and very convenient for shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, independent shops, two picture houses three gyms, all within 10 minutes walk away. With good transport links, you can reach most parts of London within 30 minutes. Hornsey main line station is under 10 minutes walk away, with trains to Moorgate and Northern line every 15 minutes, and buses very near the flat go to Turnpike Lane or Finsbury Park underground stations, Piccadilly and Victoria lines, within 10 minutes.

The flats are quiet and secure, with a concierge, rear gated parking for cars and bikes, and gym for residents. The rent is inclusive of council tax, energy, broadband, water rates and tv license.

I have lived here for eight years and like it very much: the flats are a very friendly community. I am house proud, like to keep the place clean and tidy, love to iron, and love cooking. I am good company should you need it, but also respect your privacy. You can go to work and be assured you will come back to a calm, clean, friendly home.
