Tenants contribute to the monthly energy and water bills ( about £50 pcm in the summer). The house is situated in the lovely area of Crouch End with a 7 min walk to lots of café, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, parks, gyms and outdoor lido, library, and open spaces.
There are good transport links – Finsbury Park Tube and rail station is 25mins walk or 8-10 mins in the W3 bus. Haringey and Hornsey stations are about 15 mins walk. Other buses from Crouch End Broadway.
The rent is £600 pcm for single or £800pcm for couple. Normally the owner is in residence but is currently in NZ due to lockdown. An Italian PhD student is occupying one room and will interview prospective tenants initially. This will be a short-term tenancy for up to 6 months in the first instance. Video available on request .
