My ex-girlfriend and I have recently parted ways and we are looking for someone to take over the tenancy contract for our 1 bedroom flat in Hornsey, in a 2 year old development called Smithfield Square.

Hornsey railway station is just over a 5 minute walk connecting you to Moorgate in 18 minutes by train. Meanwhile, Turnpike Lane is 15 minutes away. Nearby shops and cafes are a short walk away, while Crouch End is under a 15 minute walk.

Rent is £1517 per month, council tax C (£1516 per year). Furnished, bills not included. The contract runs until May 2021. It is available almost immediately - it would not take long for us to move the remainder of our things out and arrange for a clean.
