Big bright Double Room near Turnpike Lane

We have a lovely double bedroom available at our house share near Turnpike Lane and Hornsey Station.

The current housemates (4 total) are all easy going and are in and out of the house often. We're a mix of professionals working in the live music industry, gardening and hospitality. We like to hang out in the evenings watching movies, having a games night or just chilling etc, whilst being respectful of each others space and privacy.
The house is very spacious with a great back garden for summer BBQs or lazing in the hammock.

In the kitchen we have a dining table and two fridge/freezers, a washing machine in a small laundry room leading to the garden.

There's an upstairs bath/shower and toilet, as well as an additional downstairs toilet and some storage space.

We are 3 mins walk away from Hornsey train station and 5 mins to Turnpike Lane underground station (Piccadilly Line). We are also close to Wood Green shopping centre and plenty of restaurants, cafes and supermarkets.

We are looking for a single professional who is able to provide references for the Agency who can arrange the contract etc.

Move in costs would include one months rent in advance and a deposit. Bills add up to around £60 per month (total rent inc bills £580pcm)
