OVERVIEW
Spacious, friendly and modern double bedroom in a large, beautiful new-build townhouse, with parking area, garden, terrace, balcony and views of Alexandra Palace.

ROOM
The room is a very good size (4m x 3.8m), with amazing natural daylight. It is on the second floor. The room shares a fully fitted bathroom with one other person - water pressure is great. The room comes unfurnished, and please be aware the bed in the photos is a kingsize, and the desk pictured is extra large too.

THE HOUSEMATES
Currently in the house we have Sarah, Lisa and Sam, three relaxed and outgoing friends looking for someone to find not just a room, but a home.

Everyone is quite chilled and will have a glass of wine/beer together after a busy day when plans sync up, we often cook, eat or watch TV together, but have time to ourselves too. On weekends we tend to have our own plans, but hang out when we can, having house nights out or Sunday roasts together.

YOU
We want someone laid back, fun, clean and tidy that wants to feel a part of the home. Ideally, you’d be someone that has their own life but wants to hang out and chat over a drink :)
Working from home is ok, we have great internet speeds and there is room in the bedroom for a desk space.

THE HOUSE
The house is made up of an open plan kitchen - dining - living area. The downstairs area leads out to a garden, with outdoor furniture and clothing line.

Additionally there is a separate living room, complete with large TV (with many paid streaming services). This room has a small balcony, overlooking the garden.

On the top floor there is a private terrace looking over the front of the property, with great views of Alexandra Palace.

The current contract for the house runs until May 2022, but with intention to extend the contract.

BILLS
Bills amount to around £100ish per month, including council tax, gas, electric,

TRANSPORT
There are bus stops right outside the property on the main road, taking you straight to Muswell Hill, Finsbury Park and Wood Green. Bus routes 144 and W3.

THE AREA
There is a large Sainsburys a 5 minute walk away, and smaller Waitrose, M+s, and Co-op 10 minutes walk away in Crouch End. There are many small cafes nearby and a great corner shop seconds away from the property.

There are loads of great pubs and independent restaurants in a short walking distance, great atmosphere! Wood Green shopping centre just round the corner too :)

The walk to Alexandra palace is about 10 minutes. There is also Priory park right opposite the house.
