About the room:
Spacious, furnished double bedroom with garden views in a lovely, split-level property on the boarder of Crouch End and Hornsey. The property has a lounge, as well as a kitchen-diner equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also plenty of storage, with exclusive access to the attic from within the property.

Contract:
The two options are a 1-month stay for the full month of November, or a 7-month contract from 1 November until 31 May (without possibility to extend).

Availability:
1 November 2021 (with the option to move in on 31 October).

Nearby amenities:
The property is situated in a quiet residential area, a couple of minutes' walk from Hornsey High Street, where there are plenty of restaurants, pubs and cafés, as well as a large Sainsbury's. Within 10 minutes, you also have access to all that Crouch End has to offer, including two cinemas, multiple supermarkets (Waitrose, M&S, Co-op and Tesco), pubs, restaurants, cafés and shops.

Green space:
There is lots of green space in close proximity, located less than 10 minutes' walk from Priory Park and just over 10 minutes' walk from Alexandra Palace Park. You can also access Queen's Wood and adjoining Highgate Wood about 20 minutes away on foot.

Transport links:
Hornsey station is a three-minute walk, and Turnpike Lane Undergound station is just over 10 minutes' walk away, both providing quick access to central London. There are also plenty of buses with quick access to Finsbury Park, Archway and Highgate.

Rent and bills:
Rent is £737.50, with bills paid separately (bringing the total to about £850).
