ROOM

Has large bay windows, which are double glazed, with a high roof, so it is bright and airy with wood floors. Its furnished with a double bed, bedside table with draws, large dresser of draws, wardrobe, desk and chair (comes unfurnished if you wish). There is good wifi access in the room and throughout the house. The move in date is flexible for the right person.

All inclusive bills: Gas, electric, water, council tax, Virgin broadband / wifi, cable tv, cleaner once a week and loo roll, cleaning materials ect

HOUSE MATES

We are looking for professionals or mature students who are sociable when we see each other. Someone that is happy to hang out on occasion, but equally has their own friends and lives. Bruna is 32 and is a researcher at a university, Zuzana is 34 and an accountant for a property management company, George is 27 and is a correspondent for a newspaper and I am 38, a systems and processes specialist for a retailer. We all get on, share a similar sense of humour. and are looking to add a housemate to our happy home.

THE HOUSE

The living room / diner has cable tv. There is a foldaway table that seats 6 and same with chairs, should you be inclined to invite friends around for dinner. A large kitchen has a washing machine, microwave, fridge and all other mod cons. 2 Bathrooms - one of which has a shower and a loo and the other a shower / bath with another separate loo. Communal areas are cleaned once a week. Wood flooring and double glazed throughout.

GARDEN

Large garden which is well maintained during the spring and summer. There is a couple of garden tables and several chairs which we use whenever we entertain during the summer over a bbq or just a chat over Saturday morning breakfast or a coffee / tea.

THE AREA

Has excellent 24 hour transport links. For shopping there is a TESCOS express, ICELANDS and a huge late night SAINSBURYS + many 24hour convenience stores. There are loads of restaurants, coffee shops and great pubs, some of which have live music. There are also many gyms, pools and parks too. Within walking distance there are all brand name shops, a shopping mall and two cinemas.
