Large double room Pimlico Available 15th December

I have a large furnished room available from the 15th December in Pimlico. Great central location just off Horseferry Rd
Transport: 2 minutes walk from St James or Pimlico tube station, 5 minutes from Victoria Station.

Area: A House of Frazer department store, many great restaurants and bars, a cinema, 2 gyms all on Victoria Street 5 minutes walk from me. Sainsbury local at the top of my street plus a Tesco and Waitrose within a 2-minute walk. All this and St James Park and walking distance to the West End. South Bank. Chelsea and the river.

Please do not expect a palace but it is my clean, cool and friendly flat, my home. I am renting it to help me out financially but also my previous flatmate Eduardo was with me for 3 years and I kind of got used the company even though we led very separate lives. Plus I never use the room so its a waste to leave it empty.

Must be cat-friendly as I have 2 adopted rescue cats Alexander and Tristan who are adorable and my family. please, no heavy drinkers, party animals as I am a gym and fitness freak and definitely no compulsive hoarders, clutter bugs.
