I'm going on holiday and looking to sub-let my flat. I'm flexible on the dates, the all-in price I'm paying is 50/day, but I'll sub-let it at a lower price.

I've been in it for 4 years and love it. It's a fully-functional flat in a great area, surrounded by green space.

7 min walk from Old Street St, 15 min walk from Liverpool Street St. Bars, cafes, dry cleaners, pharmacy, off license, Curzon cinema just across the street. In Shoreditch, but far from the noisy areas (quite quiet even on weekends).

Lots of green space around the building, and a small park with tennis and basketball courts in it. Lift and secure building entrance (magnetic fob). 4th floor.

Amenities (flat)
48 squared meters, quiet neighbours (almost all are families), secure door, large windows, new furniture.

Kitchen: fully equipped, washing machine, huge fridge/freezer, oven with gas hobs, boiler.

Bathroom: bath, lots of storage space in two large overhead closets, large window.

Living room: About 20 m2, bright, includes desk/monitor, lots of board games, foldable table to seat 4, memory foam sofa turning into a double bed.

Bedroom: 16 m2, double bed with memory foam mattress, very bright, armchair + console table for work/reading, wardrobe, lots of storage. Can use guitar.

Closets: 2 closets to keep cleaning tools or winter/hiking gear. Really quite a lot of storage space in this flat actually.

Overall it's a great place for a single person or couple, in a very vibrant area, close to Shoreditch park, Columbia road flower market, 2 minutes from Hoxton square.
