Your bathroom with shower and bath is practically private as your flat-mate has an ensuite. First floor flat that’s kept warm and clean in a safe and secure building on quiet street with indoor, locked bike storage.

Bright, clean and spacious communal area with open-plan, fully equipped, modern kitchen with ample cupboard space and utilities that incl. dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Large balcony with BBQ for outside dining when the weather improves (that a smoker could use). All bills included, including broadband internet and TV package.

Sharing with a friendly, respectful professional that is out a lot during the week, rarely works from home and in normal times travels a fair bit for work. You'll often have the flat to yourself. (Plus he's had his first jab.)

Amazing location, right by the canal with loads of great local parks, markets, pubs and restaurants to explore. Lots of green space with Shoreditch Park just around the corner. Plenty of gym options. Tesco Metro, Co-op, and dry cleaners right around the corner.

Excellent public transport connections. Walking distance from multiple tube stations and bus stops. Haggerston within 5 minutes. Old Street 15mins. Angel and Highbury and Islington within 20mins.

For those that wish to avoid public transport, you can walk to Bank in half an hour or Holborn, for example, in 45mins. It's an easy, flat cycle anywhere central in about 20mins. Multiple Santander Cycle Docks within a five minutes walk and other bike schemes all over the place.

Ideal as a low-hassle, comfortable place to stay for someone working anywhere central for part of the week. Easy access to Liverpool St, Moorgate, London Bridge, London City Airport, etc. Occasional parking passes can be made available.

Single occupancy only. Willing to offer reduced price if only want the room three or four nights per week. Prefer not to have someone that hopes to work from the flat.
