Modern 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom ground floor flat in a semi modern secure development with a scandi finish. 1 large bedroom available (the master bedroom) - double bed and double wardrobe, with large open plan kitchen, dining and living room. 5 min walk to hoxton station, a stones throw from two supermarkets and bars and restaurants. 10min walk to shoreditch. 15 min walk to old street. 10 min walk to broadway market, 1min to Colombia road market

£1050 per month (price reduction) + bills and looking for someone relaxed, friendly, and who wants a home, is house proud and respectful, must be clean and hygienic. This is an “adults” home so forget mid week parties but weekend dinner parties are encouraged. Bills come to about £130 including a cleaner. There is a secure shed for bikes.

Nick is 29 and for work tells businesses what to do. He’s actually amazing and I will miss him dearly when I leave. He likes to enjoy London to it’s full potential, go out for dinner and brunches, a few wines and a good documentary.
