**Fun Penthouse Flatshare in Hoxton with Hot Tub!*

My partner and I are subletting our amazing room in a flatshare in Hoxton, from anytime in November 2019 until at least 1 April 2020, while we work abroad in a beachy location on the other side of the world!

Imagine yourself in a spacious bedroom with an onsuite bathroom, rainwater shower, electric blinds, and a view of London skyscrapers. The rest of the house is modern with heated floors, brand new projector/sound system, and a wraparound outdoor terrace with a hot tub!!! House vibe is boho-chic with a hint of don’t give a f**k creativity.

Flatemates are two fun-loving late 20’s guys from the land of Oz. They like throwing house parties and dinner parties (see pic from our recent sushi making party), or simply hanging out and chatting about the future of the planet 1,000 years from now while listening to house music and eating chocolate ice cream. They also like fun house projects, podcasts, LED lights, impromptu dancing, festivals, exploring London, going to pubs, and figuring out logical approaches to handling complex social situations.

Looking for an easy-going person (or couple) who doesn't mind spending an evening with the housemates, going to brunch on the weekend, and feels comfortable leaving their door open from time to time.
