Immaculate, totally equipped flat overlooking Kingsland Basin, lively area but the flat is tranquil. I have been letting my room on a 5-nights basis for 4 years - my last tenant stayed 2 years. I am busy professionally and socially so the flat is quiet a lot of the time. Really easy transport links to the City, Mid-Town and central London via overground and buses.
I am far from unfriendly, but this is probably not suitable for folk seeking flatmates as a link into a social life/friendship group.
