Very sadly, our housemate is moving out of the country at the beginning of September, meaning we are looking for a new housemate !
The flat is where hoxton meets Shoreditch and the room is available for the low low price of £636 per month (excluding bills, which would bean extra ~70 pounds). The room is huuge with loads of natural lighting, and is furnished. Shoreditch Park is a 3 min walk and old street station is a 5 min walk, super convenient.
The one catch is there is no living room, but as the rooms are all so huge this hasn't really been an issue
About Ella and I: I work in homelessness and Ella works in service - both on a rota. Looking for someone chill and doesn; t mind having gatherings every now and then !
