I am moving out because I am going to move together with some friends in a private flat.

This is an en-suite room in a 6 person flat at Urbanest Student Accommodation at Hoxton and it’s ideal for students studying in London. Your flatmates are two very sociable women and 3 men between 18 and 27 years.

The room is approximately 13 sq meters and it’s in a 6 person flat with a very nice and big shared kitchen. The modern kitchen has an oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, lots of cupboard space, dining area as well as a shared balcony in the flat.
The room is equiped with a comfortable single-bed, a built-in desk, a desk chair and a lot of storage space as well as a luxury en-suite shower.
The room is on the 4th floor and has a nice view facing the street.

There are various facilities inside the building such as two common rooms (one on the top floor with an amazing with over the city) and gaming areas inside those rooms and study spaces almost on each floor, a small gym, and a laundry. The building is entirely equipped with CCTV cameras and there’s a member of staff in the reception area for 24/7. The staff is so kind and really helpful and you can hire irons and vacuum cleaners from the reception for free.

The property is located in the northeast of Zone 1 and it’s arguably one of the coolest areas in London. There is a Tesco literally the next door, a bus stop just in front of the entrance and a café on the ground floor. The area is also renowned for its artisan Hoxton London coffee shops and it’s only 5 mins by foot to Old Street Roundabout. There’s also Sainsbury’s, Starbucks, Co-operative, Argos, pubs and restaurants and post office within minutes of walk.

The tenancy starts a soon as possible and ends on 1 September 2020. The rent is 299pw (bills included) and you will take over the contract directly from Urbanest. It’s available for viewing anytime.
