Hello Everyone! We're looking for a new housemate and it could be you!

We're in a renovated flat in Hoxton. It's a great location, walking distance to Shoreditch, Columbia Road, Dalston, London Fields, general Hackney fun stuff.
Hoxton overground is 5 mins walk away, so you can get to places like Peckham easily. Old Street tube is about 15 mins walk away and you can get pretty much anywhere in London from there

The room is pretty small but totally liveable. The communal spaces are lovely. It's bright and airy, lots of midcentury furniture. We have a sweet projector, surround sound setup, and a tasty corner sofa for those lazy days watching *insert whatever you want here*
Also have a couple turntables so if you have a record collection, or want to buy some vinyls then that'd be cool.
I think the open plan kitchen/living room is nice. Good to cook in and have people over.
I suppose one thing to mention is that the flat has turned into a little bit of a home office. But it works well, so if you work from home i'm sure we can sort you out too.

You'd be living with me (Jack, 27, from Yorkshire) and Sandra (30, from Poland). We got a wide range of interests but are both pretty chill (I hope) and enjoy most things. Sandra's a proper vegetarian and I'm a bad flexitarian but i generally don't cook meat at home (unless i really really want to).
But yeah, I won't blether on too much, we can get to know each other later!

The landlord is super cool and responsive as well which is always good.

I don't know the current covid rules and what's allowed these days, but I'm happy to do proper in-person viewings, and can also do a video one too. I don't mind either way!
