Hey!
Our beloved 4th flat mate is moving in with her boyfriend and we’re therefore looking for a new lovely flat mate who hopefully soon becomes another good friend :-)
We're a house of young professional women (so you'll have three flatmates) who work in East London. Everyone has their hobbies and spends most of their time out and about, but I've enjoyed having the occasional evening hangout with whoever is home.
The flat is across two floors, and in a super convenient location with Shoreditch just down the road and loads of great cafes and restaurants nearby. We're in a quieter residential part of town so you get the best of both worlds.
The room is really spacious, with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, cupboard and still plenty of floorspace to dance about and do yoga.
We’re looking forward to reading a few lines about you to get an idea of what living with you would be like and can host visits during the week after 6 pm or on the weekend.
Bills will be around 60 and 80 pounds per month and it’s 1100 deposit.
Move in date would be 15th of September or earlier.
