Large and bright double room available in my flat for a professional who is looking for a Central London base during the week. I’m looking for someone around my age 30-55 who is professional, house-trained and interesting.

The flat is an 70s architect designed brutalist apartment over 3 floors with a large roof terrace and 3 bedrooms. It has a fantastic view of the city and is only 5 mins walk from Old Street and 15 mins walk to Liverpool Street station.

The room is clean and modern with a double bed, open wardrobe / clothes storage and a small desk. There is a private toilet and sink next to the room, but the shower is in the shared bathroom. I have installed Duette blackout blinds so there is virtually no light bleed during the night and being at the back of the flat is also the quietest room.

Alll bills are included and the bed linen will be changed every two weeks. I have a washing machine and separate tumble dryer, there is super fast 100MBPS broadband.

The south-facing balcony and private roof terrace, open plan lounge and dining area are all available to enjoy as well as use of the kitchen.

I am the only other occupant and am the owner of the property. I work in Soho for an entertainment start-up. I enjoy culture; art galleries, museums, and theatre, and am often out during the evening. I like the odd glass of wine and listen to music.
