my newly renovated room becomes available in the next month, its bright, well sized and in the perfect location and you would be sharing with the most amazing group of people!

The flat itself is on the second floor (with lift) in a safe, quiet, block just between Old Street, Hoxton and Shoreditch, so in the middle of the buzz but still very quiet.
We are all walking to work which is very special for London and you can even reach Central in a 40min walk/15min bus ride! Just in front of the estate there are lots of great shops, a pharmacy, a pub with pizza to die for and a coffee shops with the best croissants and natural wine selection (win!) The flat overlooks green spaces and gets a lot of light. Double glazing also helps keep the place warm.

The room is one of the bigger ones in the flat and definitely the quietest one. It fits a desk or dining table, has a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, book shelves and a fun built in shelf just under the ceiling for extra storage/books or even plants. It would be ideal for professionals and mature(ish) students that would like to find a place to call home.

You'll be sharing with the best people, Ezra is a Graphic Designer for Tom Dixon, Izzy works in Buying for Urban Outfitters and Manon is managing a Joe & the Juice bar.

The rest of the flat has also just recently been refurbished and includes all the essentials like washer dryer, shower, storage, and a railings outside to lock up bikes!

There are no admin fees, and bills are fixed at £47 a month - which includes council tax, unlimited wifi, unlimited water, gas, electricity (plus fast insurance if any problems with plumbing or electrics occur!). The deposit is £678.
