I am a landlord who will be living abroad for the next year and might come to London for a weekend twice / three times a year (if at all). I am looking for a person to live in the second bedroom. Sky/broadband is included in bills, but other bills such as water (around 65 per month), energy (around 24 per month) and council tax (Council Tax Band = C) are to be paid separately. Happy to answer any questions you may have.

The flat is within 5 mins walk to Columbia Road, Broadway Market and Haggerston Park. 5-10 mins walk to Bethnal Green (central line) and Hoxton (overground). You can also easily get to Liverpool street station by bus 26 or Oxford Circus by bus 55. The bus stop is just outside the flat.
