A 1 bedroom flat in Hoxton is available immediately. We've lived here for 2 1/2 years, but for personal reasons, we've sadly had to break our lease early, so we thought we'd post here to see if anyone is interested!

A bit about our apartment:

- Has an open plan living/dining area which gets great morning and afternoon light + a west facing balcony.

- Is located on the top floor of 4 storey building, so it's very quiet and feels tucked away.

- It's just off Hoxton Street, very close to lots of bars, restaurants etc. and a short walk to the canal and Broadway Market.

- Location is extremely well connected: 12 min walk to Old St station, 7 min walk to Hoxton station, 5 min walk to Kingsland rd and Old Street buses

- Heating is great, perfect in time for winter!

-The apartment also has quite a bit of storage (we as a couple in 2 1/2 years haven't filled it all!)

- Bills are on top of rent and between 2 people come to £98 pcm council tax, £20 pcm water, £30 pcm gas + elec (this is approx as some months are more or less based on usage)

- In terms of furniture, the flat comes furnished, but not everything shown in these photos belongs to the flat. The following items do belong to the flat:
- Bed + mattress (the bedside tables are built in)
- Both couches (purple sofa couch + brown one seater)
- Whitegoods (fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave)
- Stovetop/oven
- 2 x silver bar stools
- Balcony chair
