The house has a living room and fully equipped kitchen that you will be sharing with my friend Romane: hardworking French girl whois into music, art, and events. She is clean and considerate and we are looking for someone likeminded to fill our home! This is not a party house but she likes to have dinners, movie nights and the occasional house party on a special weekend. There is a communal patio that can be used for smoking and just chill outside.
The flat is detached from the main building and far from any car or nightlife noise, there are loads of bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets on the same street and Hoxton overground station and Old Street are at walking distance.
Bills are about £100 per month depending on the season and on energy usage.
