I’m moving from my bright room in Hoxton - Old Street (8min walking to the tube station) and I’m looking for someone to replace me.
Very great location near cafes, pubs, grocery stores and Shoreditch ! Close to Shoreditch Park and Regent canal.
You’ll be sharing the flat with lovely flatmates, 2 girls & 2 boys, in their mid 20’s, professionals and students, Italian, Morrocan, and Pakistanis. We all have our lives and privacy but share good times and dinners together too.
The flat is fully furnished and composed of 1 kitchen, 1 toilet and 1 bathroom that you’ll be sharing with them.
We have a washing machine, a dryer, and everything to cook.
No pets friendly and no couples unfortunately !
Rent is £600/month all bills included

Move in date flexible - December
Contract until may 2021 but you can leave before as long as you find someone to replace you 🙂
